A muslim thinks you know about islam only if you accept islam's grand-and-mendacious claims about itself and agree to submit yourself under their absolutist dictates. This is how every fascist ideology functions.

A thorough analysis of islamic claims and doctrines reveals no real difference between the islamist and the "ordinary" muslim. The kuran clearly calls a muslim a munafik (hypocrite) if he fails to enthusiastically join every form of jihad (including the one that terrorises non-muslims and kills ex-muslims)
