As President Bush stated "We will make no distinction between the terrorists who committed these acts and those who harbor them. " Unfortunately the EU states openly harbor Hamas and Palestinian Islamic Jihad fundraising and they don't seem ready to change this stance, as today's Jerusalem Post headline reads "EU not likely to blacklist Hamas"
