To understand, you must read prophecy closely. Control of the Temple Mount has been a conflict since the muslims lost it because they attacked Israel. There will be further conflicts and fighting over the very sacred ground and it will end with Israel controlling it forever.

Olmert is not doing what is in the best interest of Israel. However, scripture tells us that they will divide the promised land for peace but it will fail. Make no mistake, some that control in Israel are not looking out for Israel, but themselves.

The battle over Jerusalem will come soon and it will be very destructive. However, those that attack Israel will be destroyed by God himself without human intervention. 80% of that combined army, all the capitals of those nations and the capitals of their supporters, and all their ruling bodies will perish in one literal hour.

To understand what is happening, you must first understand prophecy and how it all works together. God is preparing to punish the muslims for their hate of him and those that worship him. That time is near. Read and learn. Yes, it's hard to understand unless you let God show you. He will.
