Abandon concept of 'moderate muslim' and 'moderate islam'

I wonder if Dr Pipes has finally abandoned his concept of 'moderate muslim' and 'moderate islam'. In my opinion, 99% of muslims are islamists; and there is nothing moderate about islam.
