Renaissance in the west was accompanied by the west reverting to Greek and Roman heritage. Democracy for example in the west is basically a Greek Constuct - not a Judeo-Christian one. Renaissance impacted both the Jews and Christians.

Dont know how you perceived my hatred of mono-theism. Many of the Hindu groups are monotheistic.

What I advocate is a genuine tranformation in the Islamic world and how India can play a meaningful role in the process.
