I couldn't believe when I read that the EPIIC Program at Tufts University bestowed one of the 2006 Dr. Jean Mayer Global Citizenship Awards to Mr. Kathwari (CEO of Ethan Allen).

I often times wonder if there is no end to total lack of awareness amongst americans. Of course academia is the place where misinformation gets the respectability of intellectual dialogue..anyway Mr. Kothwari's money goes a long way in the uprooting of the original inhabitants of Kashmir, namely the Pandits who are Hindus. His money also finds its way into the Jihadi groups whose sole intent is to drive the Hindus out of Kashmir and break it away from the Indian Union.

If only you knew their ways ...
