Irfan Kathwari Foundation Funds PBS Islam Puff-Piece

Reader comment on item: No American Muslim Terrorists? [A Reply to Spencer Ackerman]

I came to this website from a Google search to check out "Irfan Kathwari Foundation," which is listed as one of the financial sponsors of the film widely aired on PBS called "Muhammad: Legacy of a Prophet." The film struck me as a highly sanitized pro-Islam propaganda piece that totally ignored many facts of reality from the distant past as well as modern day, especailly with respect to violence, intolerance and political intent around Islam and Jihad. It didn't take long to hit "pay-dirt" from my suspicions that led me to research who was behind this islamist film. I plan to share information with my Congressman and PBS about the motives and mission of media funders such as this foundation.

Thanks for this article.
