Reader comment on item: No American Muslim Terrorists? [A Reply to Spencer Ackerman]

Only the Muslim community is able to correct the catastophic direction many of their leaders are promoting. Living in harmony with all others is fundamental in addition to accepting complete equality of all humans, including those of the female gender.

Those that do not believe in the democratic principles granted by the U.S.Constitution and The Bill of Rights have not evolved from the dark ages and have no place in todays society. The enligtened Muslims must evict those leaders and teachers from their positions of influence. If they fail to isolate and bring disgrace upon those leaders and teachers they are condeming themselves, for no country will tolerate a fifth column which underminds its society.

Muslims must demonstrate their courage and character by recognizing that we all must share our place on earth as friends and equals and live together in peace. Those that cannot or do not accept this democratic principle are not welcome in this country or in my opinion any other country.
