I quote a political science grad professor ***** ***** saying:

"We are used to see terrorists becomming head of states in the cases like Yasser Arafat head of PA, Menaham Begin Israeli PM and in the case of Abdelaziz bouteflika of Algeria and his affaire with Carlos along with Muammar Gaddafi of Lybia..we all know that diplomatic tittles are a fact that imposes unquestionable characters sometimes.."

We can add to the list Bush and Ahmadinejad..
