How can we be so obtuse

The fact that this issue is being raised, once again, almost 5 years after the sentinal event, demonstrates how obtuse we can be. While some of the suggestions regarding traveling muslims may indeed be unconstitutional, its worth pointing out that our founding fathers didn't have to deal w this kind of problem when the constitution was drawn up.

Common sense should drive our deliberations and actions but that is not happening for all the reasons noted by other posters here, the most absurd of all being political correctness. If this country ultimately fails due to the efforts by muslims, then our constitution will be irrelevant, something worth keeping in mind.

Their "constitution" is the koran which, as we've heard from many posters here and at other sites, is in the main a blueprint for hegemony. I truly hope it doesn't take the loss of 100,000 of my fellow citizens to effect rational changes in how we relate to the current muslim threat, especially since a cleric gave bin laden et al "permission" to murder no more than 10,000,000 Americans. Wake up America, the clouds are gathering and we're busy ingnoring the threat. We're worried how CAIR and the ACLU will react. Its time to start doing whats needed and ignore those who would have us commit national suicide.
