Failed Remembrances of the Time America Could be Counted Upon to Protect Freedom - A Cause Now Lost on Current 46th American Administrative Chief Executive

Reader comment on item: Will Americans Learn What Israelis Already Know?
in response to reader comment: Divisiveness Now Seen in American 46th Administration Chief Executive's Demeanor to the Republic Threatens Democracy; Even Israel's

The interruption of the passing of Britain's longest reigning monarch notwithstanding, remembering September 11, 2001 came and went with the nominal amount of recalling the enormous strength of character of first responders and their legions of residents when being attacked as a representative of freedom globally by a small and cowardly groups of 'religious' Islamic zealots, brought to the mind of this observer how fleeting memory is when modern memories are courted by the same recidivistic attitudes that are still present in current activities, and in the government as well.
This observer even recalls that the same conspiratorial tendencies of theories speaks of where democrats thought the government was actually a part of the planning of those events (like the reverse of Pearl Harbor) as retribution for the republicans (not democrats) winning the 2000 election cycle. The divisiveness is more palatable now than then; the stakes are much higher since the enemiy is within: the quote of 'the enemy is us' reverberates.
In the context of this forum and this topic post in particular, does the Middle East have any concerns that Islam is problematically close to breaking out in proxy generated hostilties and the United States will not be counted upon to calm or reduce the tensions that appear ready to tear into Israel for the lack of any restraints left? The Abraham Accords appear to be the last hurrah of American diplomacy as the Iranian Islamic Regime's counter diplomatic activites with the Russian and Turkish partners in empire building appear to be riunning amok and who's there to stop it?
Israel knows what they are going to do; or at least try. The rest of the world will be caught up in the aftermath and who will be paying for it? Most likely not America as is seen in Israel's attitude towards the current Administration's lack of resolve.
