Submitted by Kepha (United States), Sep 12, 2022 at 21:24 Democrats think they learned from the Second Indochina War that the USA had better make nice with the "wave of the future", whether it is Communist states in the Far East or Islamic radicalism in the Middle East. Hence, Obama tried to cozy up to the Ikhwan in Egypt. Of course, the proffered hand of American friendship got bitten.
