Reader comment on item: The Need for a Focus on Western Islamism

Submitted by Tarek Alhawa (United States), Feb 26, 2022 at 19:00

Since the beginning of the call of Muhammad, his tribe Quraish realized that he aimed to achieve political goals under a religious cover. To be the king of Arab. Unusually for all Arab tribes, Muhammad fought his family and relatives and cut off the caravans route in his sacred famous hometown Mecca. It never happened before. Only Caravan robbers did that.
When he became stronger he fought his allies/the Jews who sheltered him when he fled his tribe because the Jews refused to be part of his wars against his tribe. His political wars against the Jews were also under religious cover and divine verses.
The political aspect of Islam is the alfa and omega motive and not the liturgical or spiritual aspect, to the extent that jihad is considered an obligation more important than prayer, and Islamists know this very well and play the same game as Muhammad. Mobilizing people with faith for a political purpose. Towards the mastery of the world, as they say.
As Recep Erdogan said; "there is no moderate Islam and extremist Islam. Our Islam is one".
"My livelihood is in the shadow of my spear". This hadith is true, but they explain it inside their mosques "Without the invasion, we wouldn't obtain spoils and conquer the world", and in front of international forums they say that Muhammad meant safety when he said the spear!
The same political duality for the most dangerous cult in the world
