What is the Meaning if This Name if It Does Not Speak to the French

It is strange that an individual's name has more of an impact that the potential of his name has more intrigue than his politics; how does that compute?
France has a historical reputation of being involved in places of conflict, the more recent being after the fall of the Ottoman Empire and France sidling up with England to partition the Levant to their ambitions instead of those who are now battling again over what is the rightful domain according to the Torah, and not the Quran.
What does Zemmour's name really mean in relation to the conflict and does it help France as one of the European attitude towards the 'Palestinians' as they wrangle around the ME in unsettling Israel for tainted arguments of their own desires to replace Israel in Israel's homeland. After all, this is not about naming rights, it's about protecting the righteousness of Israel's own namesake, Judah, son of Jacob, son of Isaac, son of Abraham.
