Is living under Islamic regimes better for Jews

Reader comment on item: What to Make of √Čric Zemmour?
in response to reader comment: Does it Matter

Dear Dr Pipes, Reader MW suggested that for Jews it is better to live under an Islamic rule than under an antisemitic ruler. This is like asking whether fire is better or the frying pan and questions such this should barely be posed. That said, I would like to say that while an anti-Semitic regime or person can be convinced to change, Islam's treatment of minorities is fundamentally flawed and by Allah's decree, Islam cannot be changed. Pick your choice, dear reader.

Fundamental problem with Islam is its non-separation of church and state which enables
rogue rulers and mullahs to collude with each other to make any religious reform impossible.
