in response to reader comment: Racist PA law against Arabs selling land: Real apartheid in the area is Palestinian Authority

Among the more inexcusable activities of any agency or civil authority is to impose regulations that interfere with the human dignity of living a peaceful life by exacting or extorting onerous duties or tariffs to satisfy an unrighteous requirement to enforce unlawful intentions To make it a matter of life or death is unconscionable in any lawful setting and does not serve in any real civil setting except as a violation against truth and decency.
When the 'Palestinian Authority' consented to the rule making that interposes such radicalized actions as decreeing death for any exercise of personal rights such as buying or selling personal or real property, the excess of the depravity shown in such matters is a clue that those who participate in such things are either not aware of the evidence of injustice they have perpetrated or are incapable of comporting to any truly lawful exercise of governance; it is criminal activity at its worst.
To make matters even further beyond the normal realm of decent governance, the United Nation's consent (implied, implicant or explicit) of the 'PA's allowance of such atrocities makes them complicit and the 'mission of peacekeeping' a serious breach of diplomatic authenticity. Merely calling it 'racist' does not begin to examine the deplorable and depraved attitudes by which life as we know it will be judged as to its grievous consequences now pending in preparatory circumstances.
A people that fears the government that it cannot trust eventually becomes that cause of rage which destroys by the same consuming hatred through which law and order was ignored. Protecting or dismissing private freedoms is central to determining the success or failure of any civil society: government is evil or good dependent upon the integrity of its leadership.
