Give War a Chance: Ismail Haniyeh Re-selected as Hamas Lead

Reader comment on item: Israeli Victory, Palestinian Prosperity

Dear Daniel Pipes,

There is an apparent inconsistency in your advocacy for an "Israeli Victory."
As you emphasize in your very recent article (Give War a Chance),
Arabs, and Muslims more generally never "lose" a war;
or every defeat to their enemy is a "victory" for them.
Observe the consequence of the latest 11-day war by Hamas
against Israel and the "consequent" re-selection of Ismail Haniyeh,
the leader of Hamas, the other day, for the next 4 years
(by the Hamas Surya Council.

In summary, how is Israel to achieve a Military Victory
against an enemy which always "wins" a war by losing it?

Unfortunately, your advice is not concrete as to the policies to be achieved.

I wish to remind you of our Marshal Plan for Europe
after WWII. Accordingly since Israel Won all the Wars since 1948,
it's time for Israel to institute a "Marshal Plan" for Palestinians.

Otherwise, Palestinian Steadfastness will survive
even the Thousand Year Reich" of you know Whom.

PS: I hope you get my point regarding you excellent latest article
about Military Victory of Enemies of Proud Honorable Muslims and Arabs
who only become Martyrs in any war they do not win ("Give War a Chance" [next time?]).
