Rocket Attacks

Reader comment on item: Surprising Support for Israel, not Hamas

Submitted by Mark D (United States), Jul 13, 2014 at 17:42

The current Hamas assault on Israel has lured the predictable coven of Palestinian nationalists, Islamists, Leftists, and antisemites from the woodwork to bash the Jewish state.

Such things always make room for the ridiculous. There is no excuse for targeting innocent civilians, which is what Hamas has been doing. What else can the Israelis do to stop the rocket attacks? They found themselves in a difficult spot. They cannot allow rocket attacks against innocent civilians to continue to happen.

Daniel Pipes replies:

That the Hamas rockets are unguided proves that they are terror bombs with no military value.
