It may be that you do not have first-hand information about my questions. I'd still appreciate your answering them to the best of your knowledge. Thanks.

(1) Did the losing party appeal the verdict because of the exclusion of Jews from the jury?

(2) Did either party report the judge's conduct to the appropriate authorities?

(3) Did both parties seem to accept the verdict, the jury issue notwithstanding?

(4) Was this case exceptional in that Jews were excluded from the jury?
