The bombings in Boston

Reader comment on item: Support Assad

Dr. Pipes, you were just talking about both the Syrian rebels and Assad as being monsters. I just wonder if either group was responsible for the Boston bombings today. (1) The rebels hate us calling us the Great Satan and (2) Assad hates us for supplying technical assistance to the rebels. (3) Of course the North Koreans don't like us much either.

The White House has merely regarded the incidents in Boston as a bombing. How does the White House know this was not a terrorist attack? We have so few guards on our southern border and I read months ago Hezbullah terrorists were operating with the drug gangs in Mexico.

It will be interesting to see who was responsible for this attack. I believe Israeli intelligence would probably have the answer before the White House whether the attack was domestic or foreign in nature.
