I wish him all the best but he says it: It (Arabic language) goes into one ear and out of the other ear

So I doubt it very much that he will be reading the likes of Naguib Mahfouz in Arabic very soon as for the Qur'an even most Arabs do not understand what it says in Arabic so should we expect him to be reading the Qur'an in Arabic very soon? If so then he should also start to learn Syriac!

For the readers: Unless you really know Syriac the Qur'an at times makes no sense at all
