Our dear Amin al-tablighee is realizing that the word receipt in Arabic means receipt and the word istilam means receiving and the word istislam means surrendering as in

http://www.almaany.com/home.phplanguage=arabic&lang_name=%D8%B9%D8%B1%D8%A8%D9%8A&word=%D8%A7%D8%B3%D8%AA%D8%B3%D9%84%D9%85

and if you were smart enough you would have noticed that I use Arabic/Arabic dictionary as there is no reason for me or for you to let us say consult an Urdu/English dictionary for the meaning of an Urdu word when you have Urdu/Urdu dictionary and if you do not get this much then you need to go and read some real books about translations

So one more time: the word wasl and isal means receipt and the word istilam means receiving and do me a favor learn first how do translating works

So you tell us how come islam is not called Istislam?
