Turkey vs. Syria

Reader comment on item: Ankara at War

Submitted by Stas (Ukraine), Oct 18, 2012 at 00:03

One wonders how the balance of power in the region will change if the confrontations between Syria and Turkey escalate. Given the Iranian and Russian support (and influence) on Syria, who will step up to counter this via Turkey? Who are the enemies of Iran and Russia? It may seem like a simple question, but it is not.
