Reader comment on item: Why Chris Christie Will Never Be President of the United States

Can we be sure Christie's quoted comments here were not limited to this specific case, and this case alone? Perhaps he has convinced himself that, in the case of this nominee, the allegations of promoting Shariah are groundless ("nothing to do with this", "crap", "crazy"), because he thinks he knows the nominee well enough to know these allegations are groundless.

The real question here is whether Christie has turned a blind eye to creeping Shariah and Islamization in general or not. Has he?
