Dethroning Dabashi

Reader comment on item: [Hamid Dabashi:] Columbia University's Hysterical Professor

Submitted by Carmen Waggoner, Ph.D. (United States), Dec 1, 2004 at 10:03

Thank you for an enlighting article on Dabashi. What will it take to dethrone this individual? It seems that enough proof warrants this action. Has Columbia University been "taken over" by terrorist Islam? Nothing justifies this situation; perhaps the leadership at Columbia is basically antisemitic and has chosen this route to eliminate Jewish faculty. Antisemitism is still present in the U.S., and Jews need to remember this, as some bend backwards to project a "conciliatory" stand towards terrorist Islam. History and time have proven that the only thing Arabs/Muslims understand is force; I believe that force is the only position we need in Israel, and in the U.S. Even Europe is starting to realize this, as demonstrated in recent responses to terrorism in Europe.

Please, keep spreading the information; I wish I could help.
