Under the rules of war, the military is allowed to execute captured undeclared and/or out-of-uniform enemy combatants in the battlefield.we did it in the world wars and so did our enemies.

it certainly stands to reason that we can at least prosecute any citizen who commits treason/ terrorism with an automatic nullification of citizenship and imprisonment, deportation or execution.
