Engaging "more positively" the Moslem world

It would be very interesting to learn from you what is meant by "engage more positively" ? To the best of my knowledge the US has been reachinng out to and engaging the Moslem world in the most positive way for decades now. Let me mention arming and supporting the Moslem savages of Afghanistan to the teeth with the latest US military technology in the 80-ies , of leading the Moslem jihad on the Balkans in the 90-ies which resulted in the creation of two malicious jihadist Moslem states in the heart of Europe - Bosnia and Kosovo. Your previous president was engaged in enormous private business relations with the Saudi obscurantists which brought him personally probably billions of dollars in revenue and which produced an amazing upsurge of mosques and Islamic institutions across America and Europe.

Now there is no doubt as to the consistency of American presidents in following that long self-defeating line of conduct of supporting America's Moslem enemies in the hope that one day perhaps the good Moslems will rather prefer to ally themselves with America to strike - say - Russia or China as they struck the Serbs and the Soviets than with Russia and/or China to strike America . But such hopes are all castles built on quick sand of naivety and wishful thinking. Islam is in the long run a death sentence to everything non-Islamic - be it in America, Europe or Asia. When a sheep befriends a wolf believing in the need to reach out to the wolf world referring to the stats that show that wolves represent one fifth of the animal race , it won't save the naive sheep from being slautghtered when the time is propicious.
