For the record, Euskal Herria simply means all seven Basque provinces (the four in Spain and the three in France) as a body, "Basque Country", but not necessarily a political one. Only the ETA has the goal of separating the Basque provinces from Spain and France, by violence and revolution if necessary.

Only a small minority of Basques sympathize with ETA...none do here in the United States...

Euskadi simply means the autonomous Basque country of northern Spain.
