In Thailand, the Paradise is Burning

Indeed, my memories of Thailand are of a very pleasant and polite society, and it was an honor to live and work there for two years. Yes, Thailand has an established religion (Theravada Buddhism), but the glass ceiling for minorities was very high. My [Christian] prayers are for the peace and well-being of Thailand in these dark times.
