This article is the essence of a main guiding principle for our actions as a nation. If we follow this guide and make our citizens aware of its use, then we will be less likely to fall into the trap of future wasted war efforts. Also, its use will simplify needless debate, rancor, challenge and general confusion anytime future problems of this nature arise (which they will) because our citizens will agree on it being used as a valid guiding principle for a free people. DSm.
