This article articulates what has been in the back of many minds but is considered not to be "politically correct." We are supposed to care more for the "poor" people of the countries that are a menace to us than for ourselves. Daniel Pipes has done a tremendous service by pointing out the fallacy of this self-destructive (European) outlook on international politics.
