not quite..Reader comment on item: Radical Islam vs. Civilization Submitted by donvan (United States), Mar 5, 2007 at 09:43 "Communism" , is the economic and political thesis of Karl Marx, whch advocated the forced collective of the means of production under the control of the construct of a "Dictatorship of the Proletariat". The ideology was "From each according to ability, to each according to need" Religion, for Marx, was a means of oppression and anti revolution. "Christianity" is a personal decision to emulate Jesus of Nazereth, the "Christ" to believers. It is the philosophical basis for service to others, and advanced the notion of doing to others as you would have them do to you.
