Imdad Ali responseReader comment on item: Radical Islam vs. Civilization Submitted by E.J. Shafer (United States), Mar 14, 2007 at 18:00 The distortion of facts is not an acceptable counterpoint in any discussion. For example: The U.S. has been trying for months to convince the Sunni and Shia to stop their senseless killing of innocents on both sides, all to no avail. It is the Islamics who are responsible for the sectarian violence and the senseless and random killing of innocents, As for the incident at the Abu Graib prison, this was not sanctioned by the U.S. administrators but was a stupid act of some misbegotten guards. These acts were not life threatening, as are the daily explosions by the sectarian Islamic terrorists, but acts which merely resulted in the humiliation and embarassment of the terrorists who still have not met the fate they so deserve. Nothing at Abu Grieb can ever compare to the horrendous acts of beheading so graciously publicized by the cowardly masked terrorists as shown on Al Jazeera. The perpetrators of the physically harmless acts of humiliation have been brought to justice by the U.S. which is more than can be said about any swift justice being meted out to captured terrorists. If such great harmony and respect for the Jews exists, then why do leaders in Islamic nations repeatedly call for Israel to be wiped off the map and why does Hezbollah exist but to destroy the State of Israel?
