This is masterful! Daniel Pipes has succinctly, clearly, and convincingly gotten rid of the chaff and left the wheat. He frames the debate and argument in a way that makes sense. He addresses the comments and arguments of opponents respectfully, but even more, skillfully, so that it is difficult for them to disagree with him without exposing themselves as the exact opposite of the tolerant, open-minded, intellectually honest, thoughtful and moral persons they profess to be.
