I forgot to mention , Dr. Pipes is trying to classify Islam as Radical and Moderate Islam , but there's no such thing as Radical Islam. Islam in its core is based on the idea of Political/Radical/Militant Islam , and there has never been a serious attempts to modify the overall shape of the religion , and whoever tried to modify and alter the behavior has faced torture , social alienation and even death .
