Clear thinking

S Ralston, you are a first-rate example of clear thinking. No human being has a monopoly on truth. That is God's department. Our job is to reason together to get as close to the truth as we can. There is no better way than free and open inquiry and debate.

That's why islam has nothing to offer. It has no mechanism to examine itself and therefore leads nowhere. It assumes allah is God, but has no means of proving it. If it did, it would find out allah is not God, and the people of islam have been sadly misguided They are to be pitied as well as resisted. Theology 101.
