Tenure

Nobody but nobody, should get tenure in anything they do .........Once you hand a person a lifetime job, they then will have no reason to continue to excel.in other words most of them will just sit back and do the nine to five thing collecting their pay and worry little about what they teach or adjudicate !!!! It's like welfare, recieve and give back little .....
