hello

I never intended to discuss religion on this forum. I was trying to refute your post that implied "that muslims are racists because of Islam" and some how the thread got derailed. I dont believe that Islam nor any other religion are to blame for people to be racist.

Christians are successful today because they rejected the extremism of the dark ages when the chruch was the sole governing entity. The era of the crusades and the inquisition (where scores of Muslims and Jews were killed) was defeated by adopting a more realistic view of the world. Similarly, There are fanatic extremists within the religion of islam and must be defeated by having sofisticated, educated, moderate muslims standing up to them and make some refrom, and adopt a new approach on how to teach islam in the 21st century.

It would be much more productive to discuss human behavior and psychy than the religion it self.
