PEOPLE DONT CHANGE

Reader comment on item: To End the [Palestinian] Violence

Submitted by Shlomo Walfish (United States), Jan 8, 2003 at 13:19

...I usually agree with what you write and your conclusions. However in this case even though your facts may be correct that the Palestinian Arabs are starting to see that their violence is not paying off, I strongly disagree with your conclusion and optimistic outlook on their future change of heart.

The most basic fact of all Human conditions is that PEOPLE DON'T CHANGE.

The fact that they may feel like they are not getting anywhere with violence is not an indication that they don't want to Kill Jews anymore. Because they have a harder time doing so and their "Success rate" is going down, they feel bad that they can't kill more Jews.

This is a clear indication for Israel to continue fighting Terrorism even more fierce than before until is DEFEATED. Only Then can Israel sit down an discuss the conditions under which they will let the Arabs live in Israel. Anyone who doesn't agree to those civil terms can leave Israel in reside in any one of the other 22 Arab Dictatorship countries.
