First the map is gobbledgook. It will take ten years in stages not in 2 years. The conditions are not, or will never be, accepted by the arabs. The present Israeli Govermment will want control over air space and Ports. Even if they the PLO say yes, it would be impossible to stop them from gaining full Independence and a fascist state will be born excpect it wil be aborted by self destruction.They have lost the objective of a state and no Map can enforce a solution on Israel!...
