DeFacto ProfilingReader comment on item: Time to Profile Airline Passengers? Submitted by Blackspeare (United States), Aug 26, 2006 at 12:42 Don't be so naive. Individual profiling is already in place though not obvious. Various means are currently used to covertly screen individuals and their baggage to avoid political non-correctness! Should a suspicious character arise then additional steps are taken in the form of an initially innocuous interview not a direct grilling as the Israeli Airline conducts. Note: Opinions expressed in comments are those of the authors alone and not necessarily those of Daniel Pipes. Original writing only, please. Comments are screened and in some cases edited before posting. Reasoned disagreement is welcome but not comments that are scurrilous, off-topic, commercial, disparaging religions, or otherwise inappropriate. For complete regulations, see the "Guidelines for Reader Comments". Comment on this item
