From a European view-point, Britain is the 'bad European country', because they get on better with the Americans than with us. From an Israeli view-point, Britain is anti-Zionist. From an American view-point, Britain is the best ally. But not really. I get the impression that the British are just like the French: they follow national interest over ideals. The difference is that the French are not as ambivalent about America. Britain is now pro-Muslim, because it is convenient to do so. The BBC and the Guardian are pro-Muslim. It is politically correct, it is the thing to be. After 7/7/2005, the Brits blamed America and Israel for the attacks. To me, Britain is not a true European country; it is not a true friend of the USA; it is definetely not a friend of Israel. The Brits like to think that Muslims are their friends. One day, Islamic fundamentalists will ban alcohol from Britain, taking away one of the few things British people really enjoy. 50 innocent Britis died in London, as a result of Islamic terror. Yet, the Brits are convinced that Muslims are their best firends. God help them. The Christian God, of course.
