campusReader comment on item: An Inadvertent Endorsement of Campus Watch [at Georgia Tech] Submitted by baruch tova (United States), Apr 17, 2006 at 20:41 Several years ago, at St.Norbert College, DePere, WI, I was startled by a Jewish professor, whom I respect, stating that the Sudan is a moderate Islamic state. This occurred in a public forum. No one contested this claim, including me. I failed Elie Wiesel's "Silence is Acquiesence." Need I say anything further. Never again, no matter what the circumstances will allow something such as this to go uncontested. It is my understanding that Colin Powell (who should have no respect) referred to the continuing genocide there. Rape is a common element in the islamofascist repetoire in Sudan. Such moderation. And, the Western world that General Powell speaks of does nothing to these thugs. Whether it is the Sudan, Syria, Saudi, or the host of western democracies that have caved into the blackmail of these frauds, we do nothing. Am I wrong, was this not the approach we took to Hitler? Stalin? Pol Pot? Remember the line in Schlinders' List: "Good-bye Jews.": It is coming again and we are doing nothing.
