Predicting the future?

This piece was written 10 years ago and the Islamist problem has gotten worse, not better!

They are taking over and not integrating. Consider in less than 15 years time, Muslims will be 15%of France's population, and will be the majority of people in Europe's major cities like Amsterdam, Antwerpt etc. ..
