I doubt the women and children sexually and physically abused in Western countries like US, UK, etc, and non Muslim countries appreciate the abuse. The abuse doesn't happen because the men are Arabs or Muslims, abuse happens because of psychological or mental reasons. There is no suppression of women in Islam. Prophet Muhammad's wife, Khadija, was a business woman. Khayzuran (from Yemen) was one of the wealthiest person in the Mullism countires in her time (James A. Bill and Robert Springborg, Politics in the Middle East). These two women were in power in the past. The present. Bangladesh has a female leader so did Pakistan for a few yrs. Have we ever seen a woman in power in United States?
