Dear Douglas Boggs, you wrote :

Be realistic, Douglas! NATO is firmly in the hands of the ruling American administration. Bush is deeply involved in Saudi oil and probably takes huge Saudi "charities" himself. I can't explain otherwise his doublespeak, his constant eulogies of Islam (in his eyes - "the religion of peace"), his dhimmi attitude towards CAIR. He can't risk a conflict with his friends. Denmark has no oil and billions to bribe the Bush administration and found and finance a extensive net of secret agents and lobbyists across the US as the Saudis do.

Besides, look at NATO's recent record ! It has been an outstanding -if not primary- tool for creating Islamic states and entities in Europe so far. Both Islamic Bosnia and semi-independent Islamic Kosovo have been begotten by NATO and its masters. If a civil war broke out in France now with the Franco-Muslim military rebells joint by Muslim "youths" from the banlieues, NATO would probably fight for their cause against French secularists.
Expecting that this organization will defend kaffiri interests and values is at least at present , in my opinion, hardly plausible.
