Let me quote a journalist from The Independent, Yasmin Alibhai Brown: "If they wanted to provoke a reaction, that reaction has been provoked. But when you are free, you have got to live with the consequences of your words". Three years ago, The Independent published anti-Jewish cartoons. The Independent is also anti-Catholic and anti-Protestant.
