Hope Harvard Students Will See the LightSubmitted by Lila Reisman (United States), Oct 11, 2002 at 16:08 It is clear to see that you, Pres. Summers and Prof. Dershowitz are all speaking the same language.I thought this article was very to the point and displayed the new current of apologia now on campuses. It is as though the Vietnam War has stained all other conflicts and has made the Universities negatively positioned against any war, be it for the benefit of the United States and even the world at large, as in the case of Iraq. You have certainly contributed to the "eye opening" on the part of the students; to take what their Professors profess with a grain of salt and a pound of curiosity...so that so that the students will search out the truth and will come to their own decisions. Harvard has always been viewed as a University where examination for the truth has been an imperative...rather than swallowing whole what some poorly informed Professors may dish out to them. I sincerely hope that the students will see the light and restore balance to this marvelous University of thinking students!
