Level of argumentReader comment on item: The War on Campus Submitted by David Shtern (United States), Sep 17, 2002 at 22:01 These facts confirm the absurdity of terrorist apologists who continue to brainwash the ignorant public with claims that Palestinian despair leads to terrorism. What kind of despair have these thugs experienced in Canada, or on other college campuses? ... Barbarism is their level of argument. And they should be taken to task as such. I am not talking just about Palestinian or other Arab students, who grew up in an environment that excludes any possibility of having an open mind. Rather, I am talking about Americans, or, I guess Canadians, in the case of Montreal's Concordia University, who let their ignorance be exploited, or, worse, use this type of opportunity to vent their own antisemitism.
