Civilization vs BarbarismReader comment on item: The War on Campus Submitted by Ben Creech (United States), Sep 17, 2002 at 13:06 The faces of civilization and barbarism are essentially the same throughout the world and differ only in degree. Civililzation is willing to risk losing an arguement. Barbarism can't take that chance.
